Maximum frequency: Do not exceed 5 doses in 24 hours.

Dose by weight (preferred) or age

For children weighing 24–35 lbs (≈ 10.9–15.9 kg), the dose is 5 mL.

For heavier children, the dose is adjusted (e.g. 7.5 mL, 10 mL, etc.) as per the dosing chart.

Warnings, Precautions & Risks

Liver toxicity risk

Acetaminophen overdose can lead to severe liver damage. Do not give more than 5 doses in 24 hours, and avoid combining with other products containing acetaminophen.

Allergic reactions

Some children may be allergic to acetaminophen; watch for rash, blisters, or other signs of hypersensitivity.

Other drug interactions / contraindications
