The Vicks Portable Waterless Diffuser (model VH1800 series or similar) is a compact, USB-powered diffuser that does not require water to operate.
It gently heats a specially designed VapoPad / scented pad (e.g. rosemary, lavender, menthol, etc.) to release aromatic vapours / essential oils into the surrounding air, intended to create a more comfortable breathing environment, especially during colds, congestion, or for general air aroma support.
Because it is waterless, there’s no need to fill or spill water. The device is small, portable, and suitable for travel, bedrooms, offices, etc.
When bundled with Rosemary & Lavender pads, those are the aromatic pads included so that you can start using the diffuser immediately, with a more gentle / soothing botanical aroma (rather than stronger menthol). (While many standard kits bundle menthol pads, in your variant the bundle is Rosemary & Lavender.)

Usage & Typical Operation
Insert the Rosemary & Lavender scented pad (or any compatible VapoPad) into the pad drawer / tray within the diffuser.
Close the cover / lock it (if the design calls for it).
Connect the USB cable (supplied) to a 5 V USB power source (USB port, power bank, adapter).
Optionally switch the nightlight ON or OFF.
The diffuser uses gentle heat to slowly warm the pad and release fragrant vapours into the air over several hours.
After ~8 hours (or when vapour becomes weak / odorless), you replace the pad.

Precautions / Warnings / Limitations
Pad compatibility only
Use only manufacturer-approved VapoPads / scented pads. Using other pads may not diffuse properly or may be unsafe.
Age / child safety
Some instructions warn not to use menthol VapoPads for babies under 36 months (3 years old).
For younger infants (e.g. 3+ months), use Rosemary & Lavender pads (rather than strong menthol).
Duration limits
Don’t run it more than a recommended time; e.g. some instructions say no more than 16 hours in 24 h and no more than 2 pads in 24 h when using menthol pads.
Allergy / skin / respiratory sensitivity
If you or occupants are sensitive to aromatics / essential oils, monitor for irritation, allergy, or breathing sensitivity.
Heat surface risk
The diffuser surface or pad holder may become warm—handle with care.
Ventilation
